| Product prices | Prices are displayed on each product page in the selected currency. Quantity-based pricing may apply. There is no general minimum order unless stated for a specific product or custom order. |
| Charges in addition to product prices | Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Import duties, customs charges, destination taxes, brokerage fees, bank fees and similar charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise. |
| Japanese consumption tax | Japanese consumption tax is not applied to qualifying export sales outside Japan. Applicable taxes are determined according to the destination, order circumstances and law. |

| Payment timing | Payment is due and processed as indicated during checkout by the selected payment provider. Custom or production orders may require separately agreed payment terms. |
| Order acceptance | Orders are subject to payment authorisation, availability and acceptance by Japan Apparel. If an accepted payment cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded. |
| Handling and delivery | In-stock website orders are normally handled within three business days. Typical transit time is three to eight business days, with the available service and estimate shown at checkout. Carrier, customs and other external delays may occur. |
| Shipping regions | Standard shipping is available to supported destinations in Oceania, North America, Europe and Asia. Contact us regarding other destinations, large shipments or special arrangements. |
| Returns and exchanges | Except where required by applicable law, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-defective products. Defective, damaged or incorrect products must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery with the order number, description and clear photographs. | Cancellations | Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing or shipment has begun. |
| Custom and production orders | Specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms and production schedules are agreed individually. Confirmed custom or production orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun, except for verified defects or material differences from the agreed specifications. |
