There is no minimum order. Products are available by the unit, dozen or case, with lower pricing at higher quantities. Anyone can order through our website.

Shipping

We currently serve customers across Oceania, North America, Europe and Asia. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us. Custom orders can be arranged worldwide.

Handling and Delivery

In-stock products listed on the website are normally prepared for shipment within three business days.

Transit time is generally three to eight business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping service. The applicable delivery estimate is displayed at checkout.

Lead times for large-volume and custom-production orders are determined individually, depending on quantity and production requirements.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Japanese consumption tax is not applied to qualifying orders exported outside Japan.
